The Acadia Repertory Theatre’s 2017 season continues with “Bus Stop” by William Inge. In a diner just west of Kansas City, a freak snowstorm has halted the progress of the bus, and the passengers find themselves in a weather-enforced layover. Inge’s masterwork is widely hailed as one of the finest American plays of the 20th century. Performances are Tuesday through Sunday at 8:15 p.m., with the final performance being a 2 p.m. Sunday matinee, at the rustic Masonic Hall in Somesville. Tickets are $26 general admission, $22 for seniors/students/military, $22 for groups of 10 or more and $12 for children under 16.
