Artist Reception at Bass Harbor Memorial Library

The Bass Harbor Memorial Library will be hosting works of art from students at the Tremont Consolidated School during the month of May. Art teacher Chandra Cousins-Raymond has chosen several pieces from each student in grades K-8 to display during the show. Works range from collage, sculpture, batik, watercolor and block prints.
A public reception will be held on Wednesday, May 18, from 4-6 p.m. to celebrate these talented student artists. Refreshments will be served and student musicians will provide entertainment. The library is honored to showcase the town’s young local talent at this annual event.
