Author Talk at Blue Hill Library

The Blue Hill Public Library will sponsor an author event and poetry reading with local poet Laura West, to share readings from her book “Memory Before Time,” on Thursday, April 21, at 7 p.m.
From birch trees to spark plugs, from doing the dishes to the Milky Way, the poetry of “Memory Before Time” speaks to living life as a full embrace. The landscapes of emotion captured in these poems range from the heartfelt to quirky humor.
West lives on the Blue Hill Peninsula, surrounded by water, forest, sparrow hawks, bobcats, family and friends. More information about Laura can be found on her website www.laurawestpoems.com.
