ArtWaves is hosting a teen/adult dance class called “Ballet for All Bodies.”
This class consists of a gentle warm up at the ballet barre, followed by larger movement progressions in the center of the floor. We’ll explore technical concepts such as turnout, the use of momentum, and anatomical alignment to guide us through traditional ballet exercises.
Classes will be held on Mondays from 5 to 6 p.m. on May 2, 9, 16 and 23.
