Digital Literacy Class at SW Harbor Library
July 7 @ 11:00 am
The Southwest Harbor Public Library is partnering with the National Digital Equity Center (NDEC) to provide onsite digital literacy classes in June and July in an effort to create disruptive strategies to
close the digital divide across Maine. On Thursday, July 7, at 11 a.m., join us for Using Email Effectively. Email is a means of communicating with others, throughout the world, in a fast and efficient manner. This class will cover the terms and techniques necessary to use email in an efficient, safe and organized manner.
These classes are being offered in the Clark Room where participants will view the NDEC instructor on Zoom with a local facilitator available in-person to assist the instructor and students. Bring your own device, or reserve a library laptop. Please note: you will need to fill out a one-time enrollment form for the NDEC when you sign up for your first class. Enroll with NDEC and register for these onsite classes at www.swhplibrary.org.
