Digital Literacy Class at SW Harbor Library
June 7 @ 11:00 am
An event every day that begins at 11:00 am, repeating until Wednesday, June 8, 2022
The Southwest Harbor Public Library is partnering with the National Digital Equity Center (NDEC) to provide onsite digital literacy classes in June and July in an effort to create disruptive strategies to close the digital divide across Maine. On Monday, June 6, Tuesday, June 7, and Wednesday, June 8, at 11 a.m., join us for Introduction to MS Word, where you will learn how to format text, use paragraph dialogue boxes, add indents, work with tables and columns and do more with your documents.
These classes are being offered in the Clark Room where participants will view the NDEC instructor on Zoom with a local facilitator available in-person to assist the instructor and students. Bring your own device, or reserve a library laptop. Please note: you will need to fill out a one-time enrollment form for the NDEC when you sign up for your first class. Enroll with NDEC and register for these onsite classes at www.swhplibrary.org.
