June 28 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm$125 Woodlawn members; $135 nonmembers
If you’ve always admired hooked rugs and thought you might enjoy making your own, then this class at the Woodlawn Museum with veteran instructor Judith Hotchkiss is for you! In this one-day introductory workshop, you will make a 9-inch hooked piece with a coastal design that can be used as a trivet, wall hanging or pillow. A kit is provided with all materials needed to complete the project. Frames, hooks and punches are available for loan during class and purchase afterward, if desired. Please indicate if you will be doing the traditional or punch technique with your registration. Bring a bag lunch. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. The cost is $125 for Woodlawn members and $135 for nonmembers.
