Pop-Up Bookshop and Signing: Chris Van Dusen

Stop by Island Readers and Writers’ pop-up bookshop in Wadsworth Park, Northeast Harbor, on Tuesday, Aug. 16, to meet picture book author and illustrator Chris Van Dusen! We will have copies of Chris’s latest book, “Big Truck Little Island,” available for signing, as well as a Chris Van Dusen-themed book bag available for purchase!
Chris will also give a short talk on the making of “Big Truck Little Island” and his life as a children’s book author and illustrator at 11:15 a.m. and again at 12:15 p.m. Guests are welcome to bring a blanket to sit on for the presentation. This program is rain or shine. In the event of rain, we’ll move into the Union Church.
