SW Harbor Library Author Talk
June 28 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

The Southwest Harbor Public Library is hosting an in-person and online author talk by R. Marie Griffith, author of “Making the World Over: Confronting Racism, Misogyny and Xenophobia in U.S. History,” on Tuesday, June 28, at 5:30 p.m.
“Making the World Over” is Griffith’s thoughtful response to an imperiled nation that has forgotten how to listen and debate productively, at a time when it needs vigorous discourse more than ever. This is more than a study of the issues; it is an attempt to shed real light on how to encourage constructive dialogue and move society forward.
This hybrid event will be in person, masks required, as well online. Please register to receive a link to view the program online. If you are attending in person, you do not need to register.
