Travel Talk at Jesup Library

The Jesup Memorial Library is hosting a talk titled “Sail to South America with the Bruntons” on Tuesday, Aug. 23, at 3 p.m.
In 1993, Don and Malu Brunton set sail from Portland, Maine, to southeastern Brazil aboard a 22-foot sailing sloop with their 2-year-old daughter, Isabella. Now, 29 years later, they have arrived here in Bar Harbor aboard their 50-foot cutter sloop after half a lifetime of sailing in South America. Join them as they share stories from their adventures on the waters around the globe.
