Virtual Cooking Workshop: Firecracker Salmon Poke Bowl

Schoodic Arts for All is sponsoring a virtual cooking workshop on making a Firecracker Salmon Poke Bowl on April 7 from 5-6:30 p.m.
The dish consists of spicy and sweet salmon atop a bowl of jasmine rice and cool slaw with spicy peanut dressing, a play in textures and an easy weeknight meal.
JoAnne Corley Wood will lead the workshop.
The cost is $25.
