Concert: Roochie Toochie and the Ragtime Shepherd Kings

As part of the series of free Schoodic Arts Festival performances, Roochie Toochie and the Ragtime Shepherd Kings will take the stage Aug. 11 at 6 p.m. in the Gouldsboro Town Park in Prospect Harbor.
When you see the Ragtime Shepherd Kings you’ll witness: fancy fiddling, dueling hawaiian guitars, ukulele wizardry, flashy lap-steel guitar, a menagerie of toy instuments, vocal harmonies that sound as if they were polished by hand, a musical pig “porkestra,” scandalous dancing — and that’s just the intermission!
